Kundalini Yoga Classes are currently being held at the following locations:-

Monday Morning, 11.00 am - 12.30 pm in Dunlavin
Monday Evening, 7.30 pm - 9.00 pm in Clane / Maynooth

Tuesday Morning, 11.00 am - 12.30 pm in Naas
Tuesday Evening, 7.30 pm - 9.00 pm in Hollywood

Thursday Evening 7.30 pm - 9.00 pm in Hollywood.

Although some of the classes are nearly full, please contact me for availability of places.
