Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga, the Yoga of Awareness, consists of simple yogic techniques that can be enjoyed by everyone, no matter his or her age or physical ability. It is a complete science that includes breath, yoga postures, sound, chanting and meditation.

It is much more than a system of physical exercise it keeps the body in shape and trains the mind to be strong and flexible in the face of stress and change. Individuals feel more in control of themselves, with enhanced peace of mind, concentration, and a deep inner calm and self confidence.
