almost twenty years experience in the field of complimentary therapy.
Carrie originally trained as a psychotherapist and specialised in a number
of bodywork therapies and energy work.
Following her return to Kildare after living in the UK and on the west
coast of Ireland. She discovered Kundalini Yoga on her travels in South
Africa and is now one of the few Kundalini Yoga teachers in the country.
The benefits of Kundalini Yoga combines movement, breathing and chanting
to energise the body and relax the mind, whilst strengthening the body’s
nervous and immune system. The classes are suitable for everyone, all
ages and abilities can instantly feel an energising but calming effect.
